Great new book on the benefits of #exercise for persons with #Parkinson, written by three absolute experts in the field. Happy to have contributed the foreword for this book. Very much worth reading!

I started chemo 5 years ago today. There is never a good time but Christmas cancer is particularly rough for lots of reasons and my heart goes out to anyone navigating it this year ❤️

Shout out to the fully qualified junior doctor, who was on call for Elderly Medicine yesterday at the Bradford Royal Infirmary Despite it being incredibly busy he took my call to admit an elderly gentleman with care and compassion and arranged a bed

I’m not saying having covid (at last) over our babies first Christmas wasn’t horrible but on the other hand I dropped an entire pot of garam masala on the floor and the kitchen smells the same to me so…. Silver linings?

Lovely day out at the The Great Tapestry of Scotland - with family members with an age span of 0-88! Looking forward to the panel going up in the interchange - we all put a stitch in it in November too, though the baby needed a bit of help

This is such a huge loss. I loved working on blogs with the EC team - they are truly wonderful. I learned so much and wish them every success at their next endeavours.

Abi Rimmer Depends on the doctor! Being employed by an NHS organisation is different to being a self employed contractor. Interesting topic.
