Sunny, low humidity, comfortable temps, and smell of fried clams… Doesn’t get much better for the 60th annual Yarmouth Clam Festival.

Friday is our next weather warn day for strong to severe thunderstorms. Damaging wind remains the primary threat. Saturday will be another "chamber of commerce" kind of day loads of sun, comfortable temps, and low humidity.

The beach was the place to be today. Ocean water temp around 60° sounds refreshing! Tomorrow will be hot and more humid. We'll be tracking thunderstorms in the afternoon.

A cold front will swing through the region Friday afternoon. We'll be tracking showers and thunderstorms noon through 4PM. It doesn't look like a big severe weather day, but a few cells may become strong to severe. Damaging wind remains the threat.

Humidity will reach oppressive levels on Friday. I'm happy to report a pleasant, more refreshing air mass will arrive by Saturday morning.
