All patients need to wear retainers after orthodontic treatment. They can either be removable or fixed. You will be advised which type of retainer will be best for you. Retainers are designed to keep your teeth straight so it is important that you wear them #HoldthatSmile

This is worth a watch, both to marvel at the determination of Grant and the skill of his clinical team that have got him on the road to recovery - I send him my best wishes - but also as a reminder of how dangerous COVID is. Please follow all the advice and stay safe.

I’m proud to be one of the 2022 cohort of The Royal College of Surgeons of England Emerging Leaders. It felt very special to spend the day in the company of so many female surgeons. Hopefully one day it won’t feel unusual. #ILookLikeASurgeon #liftasyouclimb #changethenorm

Work should be a safe place like home. You can’t work to your best under fear or being anxious/scared. The real tragedy is that this work ever needed to be done. Well done for bringing this topic to the top tables for discussion The Working Party on Sexual Misconduct in Surgery
