My favorite part of watching finals in person is getting to hear the worst plays ever conceived being thrown out around me.

I made t128 in the GC this weekend! I still had plenty of games and probably could have pushed a little further, but opted to end safe and hang with friends instead. Smartest decision was to play Mario Party at the same time so I could redirect all my salt-induced rage to others

I’m happy to say that I’m back in business and made Day 2 again in Toronto

Back from Toronto. I ended up getting T128 at each NA Regional in Reg H. I wish I could’ve pushed past that this weekend, but that’s all on me for not practicing more beforehand. Looking forward to skipping Reg G and using that time to prepare for the few more events I do go to!

I experienced 4 too many disconnects today than I would have liked. Would have made for the worst tournament experience but I was having a blast with my team. 5-3 at EUIC, hoping it’s enough for top 256 🤞

Finished 5-3 at EUIC, just short of Day 2. Had fun though! All my opponents were chill to talk with and the team I brought was so much fun to play with. I feel very confident it could have made Day 2 if it weren’t for all the event’s issues out of my control. Next time 💪

Finished 5-3 at Portland. Had a fun run with Terapagos, but unfortunately wasn’t able to secure Day 2 with the luck I was having today lol. Solgaleo has scarred me forever. Still, feels a lot better after such a terrible performance in Milwaukee. Now, gotta lock in for NAIC.

So much for scheduling around watching Worlds VGC finals in-person. They won’t let anyone else in for the day, even with TCG spectators leaving the arena empty. With the many other issues this weekend, this has been the worst Worlds to try participating in… It’s unfortunate 😔
