On Sunday 8 June the Barbican are hosting performances by three European Concert Hall Organisation (ECHO) rising stars in the Great Chamber for their chamber music weekender. Benjamin Kruithof will be performing at 11:30, Matilda Lloyd at 14:00 and Rakhi Singh at 16:30. Tickets

The weather is looking great for Shakespeare in the Squares performance of Taming of the Shrew, tomorrow Wednesday 18 June. Doors open at 17:30, the Norfolk garden will be open for ticket-holders to have a picnic beforehand and the performance starts at 19:00 in Master's Court. Look

Our lovely volunteers have been busy collecting mulberries from our 180-year-old Mulberry trees in Preacher's Court before the Wood Pigeons eat them all! Some will be saved for the annual ceremony where they are presented to the Lord Mayor of the City of London, and others made
