Lab techs have been looking in the backs of cupboards again. We'd really love to make contact with anyone who would be able to help us re-home some vintage equipment. It's too old to donate to schools and not quite old/special enough for a museum. Dr Dan Jones Joel Kenyon

Do you know our origin story? In the mid-1960s, calculations revealed that a rare planetary alignment (occurring only every 175 years) would make it possible for a spacecraft to visit all four outer planets, using gravity assists to swing from one planet to the next.

Once again the AQA exam board has let down thousands of Physics A-Level students with a very poor set of papers overall. We were promised enhanced scrutiny but sadly this doesn't seem to have happened. It is very damaging to the subject and the students who sat these papers.

AQA Physics A-Level teachers. If attending either of these events, here is your chance to feedback in person to the exam board about the very poor exam papers set again this year 👇

What are people's thoughts on the AQA set of A level Physics Exams this year? (calling to anyone still who still sees the tweets of people you follow!) (Remember Paper 2 last year when the exam board had to rewrite it to be used for Mocks - were they as bad as that one?!?!)

On July 20, 1969, Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin stepped onto the Moon—and with them, the world took a giant leap. That moment sparked a legacy of exploration that continues today as NASA and its partners advance toward Artemis II and prepare for the next great frontier: Mars.
