Some really quick thinking and reactions by Avanti West Coast staff at Edinburgh Waverley this afternoon. An elderly gentleman lost his footing on the escalator and tumbled backwards. Staff grabbed him and stopped what could have been a horrific outcome. Well done and thank you.
