*CLUB RECORD* The relay team weren't the only club record set at the lower YDL, U13 boy Jack Shingler stormed to a new 1200m record of 3:38.9. Lowering the previous record set just two years ago. Jack sits third in the UK rankings and this is only his first ever track season!

Georgia Palmer competed over 5k last night running a staggering 16:26!!! The club doesn’t currently have a road 5k record but considering this is 20 seconds quicker than the track time we can assume this makes Georgia the fastest Harrier ever over the distance!!!Congratulations!

Congratulations to Jane Fairbain and Clare Hawling who were selected to run for England Masters at the Manchester Half Marathon. Jane was 3rd in her age group in a PB of 1:27.25 and Clare ran well to finish in 1:42.27

*New Club Record* Georgia Palmer continued her phenomenal year with a 5000m PB of 16:30.68, taking 13 seconds off the record set by Kaitlyn Sheppard earlier this year. Georgia's season continues soon with a 3000m race, will we see another record fall??

*Club Record* Georgia Palmer has beaten the club 3000m record running 9:21.58 at the Birmingham BMC Grand Prix. Georgia beat the previous record set in 2013 by the Rio Olympics Triathlon Bronze Medalist Vicky Holland. Let’s see what the future holds for the new record holder…

New Club Record! Jack Shingler’s impressive debut season isn't over yet. He has now beaten the U13 800m record by 2 seconds with a phenomenal 2:15.1!! This also lowered the Avon League record by 3 seconds too! He now ranks in the UK U13 top 10 in the 600, 800, 1200 and 1500
