How it started vs. how it’s going, summer edition 😅 Our neighbours gave us 7 kg of apricots (organic, homegrown etc)! Cue some sugar, some lemons from our garden and LOTS of stirring, and I got 18 jars of absolute yumminess 🥰 #ChemistsWhoCook

A two-day effort culminated in a chicken biriyani. Lots of fried onions, mint and cilantro accent marinated chicken and spiced rice. Served with a nice salad with radish and cucumber, and a mango lassi perfumed with cardamom. #chemistswhocook.

The recipes from @cheffinwithzach on Instagram are always tasty. These are chicken kofta kebabs, sumac onions, roasted tomatoes and a smoked paprika labneh, garlic and mayo sauce. Came together so well that I could have been eating it from a kebab house. #chemistswhocook.

Chicken Milanese. A breaded chicken cutlet using panko, pecorino Romano cheese, and lemon zest. I flavoured the frying oli with sage, which also got me sage chips. Served classically with spaghetti and a zesty tomato sauce. Also served with a green salad. #chemistswhocook.
