Time to register for the Gordon Conference on In Vivo Ultrasound Imaging. Your opportunity to spend five days, from breakfast to dinner, with leaders in the field to explore medical ultrasound from imaging to therapy Michael Kolios Oliver Kripfgans Agata Exner grc.org/in-vivo-ultras…

Today, #TheBrainTumorCenter leadership welcomed students to its first PhD Graduate Symposium at the Jeffrey T. Fort Neuroscience Research Building. The event will focus on a convergence science approach to brain tumor treatment. Albert H. Kim Alexander H Stegh Gregory Zipfel

Had an incredible time at the Gordon Research Conferences on in vivo ultrasound! It was an honor to organize this event alongside Agata Exner, Michael Kolios, and Oliver Kripfgans. Connected with inspiring scientists, caught up with old friends, made new ones, and dived into cutting-edge research.

The best part of the grc.org/in-vivo-ultras… ? The effusive + feedback from trainees (& faculty/scientists, of course)! Co-chair Oliver Kripfgans & vice-chairs Agata Exner & Hong Chen thank all the presenters, participants, organizers & funders & look forward to the 2026 GRC!

Had an amazing time in Taiwan attending the back-to-back International Society for Therapeutic Ultrasound and @ieee_uffc_js conferences! It was inspiring to meet so many brilliant scientists, hear fascinating talks, and, of course, enjoy the delicious food and try new things. Such a fun and rewarding experience!

Grateful to @WUSTL, WashU McKelvey Engineering, WashU Biomedical Engineering, WashU Medicine, and WashU Med Taylor Family Department of Neurosurgery for fostering an environment that nurtures and supports innovative research!

With the mission to lower the threshold for the adoption of biomolecular ultrasound in the ultrasound community, David Maresca and I are organizing a Spotlight issue: "Visualizing, Detecting, and Modulating Cellular Functions with Ultrasound." Deadline: 1/31/2025 (soft deadline)

I am deeply honored to receive this prestigious award. My sincere thanks to my whole team and WashU Biomedical Engineering, WashU Med Taylor Family Department of Neurosurgery, and @WUSTLengineers for their unwavering support.
