Back on BBC News Channel/Breakfast duties this week after my first time working in Denmark. Loved it all. 30,000 steps walked on the final day in Copenhagen. Pretty sure 29,000 of them were in pursuit of pastries! Worth every step. #BusinessCoaching #Teaching #Copenhagen πŸ‡©πŸ‡°

Big thanks to Jeremiah Azu & Andy Robertson for joining us the night after their πŸ₯‡ and πŸ₯‰ medals (and cold bolognese celebrations!) at the European Athletics Indoor Championships. 10+ years apart in age, loved the advice Andy gave thinking back to when he was 23. #BBCBreakfast

Stephen Graham’s created a masterpiece. Each episode a one take wonder. Brutal, haunting & more thought-provoking than anything I’ve seen in years. The whole cast is incredible. Owen Cooper as Jamie is a generational talent. In awe of it all, episode 3 in particular.#Adolescence

Markets, spice farms, temples, churches, beaches…that’s a wrap exploring #Goa - its capital Panjim & the surrounding area. The church & temple at ease side by side stopped me in my tracks, as did so much more in this beautiful land. Back on BBC duties this weekend. Happy Friday!

A week that started with delivering an early careers storytelling workshop to 200 people in the Midlands, ended with business coaching at a conference in Spain. Fitted in some sightseeing… my first time in Madrid & Segovia. Flown straight back into tv duties today! Happy Monday!

Rory McIlroy crumpled over in tears on the 18th green will be an image forever emblazoned in the minds of everyone watching today. Few things I’ve seen more emotional than that. A moment that transcends golf. One of the greatest achievements in the history of sport. #themasters
