We're pleased to announce work on alterations to the Loop Rd roundabout start on Mon 31 July. We've been working with Bromley Council on the plans which incl. improved #pedestrian access to the Loop Rd bus stop & to the Centre Common - site of #community events such the Summer Fair.

This proposed design is not corresponding with the main pedestrian need and desire line - which is from bus stop P on Centre Common Road to the SW corner of the war memorial junction.

It is approx. 300m from the bus stop to the shops on the corner of Church Row by this circuitous route rather than 100m by the direct route, and we would be concerned that not all school children (from Coopers in particular) will use it.
