Midwives at Macclesfield Hospital are celebrating the return of full maternity services! It’s over three years since the Board of East Cheshire NHS Trust had to suspend maternity services due to the COVID outbreak in March 2020, and it’s back! #MaccisBack Ged Murphy NHS Cheshire and Merseyside

So lucky to have been part of this and now get to help units in GMEC SCN roll out and embed in practice. This came from a group of midwives and obstetricians who were supported by an amazing team, inspired, and have the passion to make a difference and make escalation easier.
