I’m so bad at sharing art on here, but I’ll post more - Here’s the first four covers for this year’s The Lancet Rheumatology #illustration #Illustrator #editorialillustration

I've made two posters for La Trobe University La Trobe Institute for Molecular Science who are celebrating Day of Immunology Australian and New Zealand Society for Immunology with a Discovery Tour, featuring science through lectures and workshops! #LIMSDoI2022 is a free public event but spaces are limited. Please check it out: bit.ly/37Oulyh

It’s online 🎉🎉🎉 Covalent TCR-peptide-MHC interactions induce T cell activation and redirect T cell fate in the thymus | Nature Communications Nature Communications doi.org/10.1038/s41467…. Pleased to share our work out today in Nature Communications!! "Covalent TCR-peptide-MHC interactions induce T cell activation and redirect T cell fate in the thymus" with Chris Szeto and labs 💮Nicole La Gruta GRAS Lab Stephen Daley Monash Biomedicine Discovery Institute La Trobe Institute for Molecular Science QUT doi.org/10.1038/s41467…

My work on covalent TCR-peptide MHC is out in Nature Communications. It's been a very challenging and exciting project, congrats to GRAS Lab Stephen Daley 💮Nicole La Gruta Pirooz Zareie. doi.org/10.1038/s41467… If you're at #ecm33 I'm presenting my poster today & tomorrow! Let's chat!

Congratulations to Chris Szeto from the GRAS Lab on winning the PDBe poster prize at #ECM33. Chris wins a cash prize of €200 and some PDBe goodies, presented by David Armstrong

I'm happy to share that I'll be joining the Australian Synchrotron next year. Looking forward to seeing you all during beamtime. Big thanks to GRAS Lab La Trobe Institute for Molecular Science for putting up with me for 5 years. It's been crazy fun, will treasure all the memories, and your secrets are safe with me. ;D

If you're @LorneProteins today, we'll be running an Australian Synchrotron workshop with pizza at 1pm! Come and grab some 🍕 and listen to us chat about the MX beamlines (old and new), including SAXS as well. Questions welcome 🙋♂️🙋♀️

On the MX beamlines Australian Synchrotron, if you ever lose or accidentally close sample cam or the beam cam, I've designed some new icons to easily locate and relaunch them!

Drawing the Australian Synchrotron MX2 beamline did help with learning the different parts, but most of all, I now have huge respect to the people who organised all the cables! Now with sample light blink!

Every Friday morning, beamline scientists and friends at the Australian Synchrotron meet at the coffee beanline to share coffee and donuts in our donut-shaped facility. I'm pretty much donut-shaped now as well. 😂😭
