28/5 Last couple of days, the rain has thickened the greens up and predictably in this sudden change of weather a bit of Fusarium is kicking about. Greens verti-cut followed by a brush cut with debris blown clear. Sprayed Bru Plus to check the bits of Fusarium.

30/5 Course was burning off nicely and for anyone worrying about it coming back......1st tee and 17th Green/fairway in only 6 days since the rains returned.

2/6 Perfect weather for maintenance Monday. Dry, sunny, windy, with rain due tonight to wash sand in. Greens double verti-cut to depth of 3mm, followed by a brush/cut, then a micro solid tine to 3" deep, then a light 6 tonne top dress Surrounds/approaches and long fairways cut.

4/6 A rare spray window today. Greens cut prior to a spray of a light feed and growth regulator on greens, approaches & tees. Also, spot treated the odd stubborn areas of disease. Finally started to rectify our mains water leak by bypassing it around clubhouse. Continue tomorrow
