Very disappointed to see this new paper in Nature Cancer on a clinical trial with “HDAC6 inhibitor” ricolinostat. The paper fails to mention three recent reports demonstrating that this drug exhibits pervasive off-target toxicity.

I worry that this organization will put more pressure on reviewers to focus on the details and put even less focus on creativity and impact. That already seems to be an issue that was not addressed with these changes.
