A while back, Chris Eyre interviewed our director Maya Foa, about how she became a human rights defender, and the challenges and rewards of fighting against entrenched power structures. He's made a thoughtful and inspiring film. Check it out. youtu.be/m8OdVUvt_Lc

“The crux of faith is that God loves us not because of what we do, or because of what we achieve, but simply because of who we are.” Earlier this year, Bishop Guli Francis-Dehqani made a short film with Chris Eyre. You can watch it at buff.ly/3QQntF2

The man who wrote this poem, Pastor Martin Niemöller, wrote it as a confession. He became a friend of my grandfather, Alfred Wiener, and they corresponded about racism and the Pastor’s errors. I think he would have viewed this use of his words with disgust.

Loved this discussion about Frasier on Comfort Blanket - its gentle and good natured exploration of class, family and love, and being ahead of its time on mental health and masculinity. All while being one of the funniest shows on TV shows.acast.com/comfort-blanke…

#OnceUponaTimeinNorthernIreland is just phenomenal. A story of husbands and wives, parents and children, generational trauma, and miraculous, if fragile, healing. It is utterly tragic. But beautifully constructed - a perfect synthesis of interview and archival footage

After 91 years, today is the last day of operation for Wokingham signal box. It was a pleasure to go there and meet one of its signallers last year for this short film: youtu.be/e-oRTcsY3xM
