#scitwitter #neurotwitter: My 2P laser is down. Spectra Physics said a faulty diode is the cause and is a known issue with their supplier causing failures in up to 5% of lasers. Since we're out of warranty they want us to pay for replacement. Anyone else run into this? Advice?
