Just released NEJM. RCT results comparing colonoscopy to usual care. After 10 years of f-u 18% incidence reduction & a non-significant 10% mortality reduction. A smaller benefit than I expected. Low screening adherence (42%) certainly a factor. nejm.org/doi/full/10.10…
