I was the Chief of Staff for Joe Biden on the 2012 reelection and traveled around the country with him. He empowered women on his staff and was alway supportive of us. Not only did fight for women through the policies he advocated, he treated women on his team with full respect.

GOP taking every tweet so earnestly, making my point for me. It’s not an argument against the price of a croissant - it’s about the value of human worth. But I guess that idea is foreign to them since their policies treat people as disposable anyway šŸ¤·šŸ½ā€ā™€ļø

Accounts run by men receive roughly double the retweets of those run by women. Even online, we are talked for and talked over. Even online, men’s voices carry twice as much worth. It matters. When you see women writing about things that interest you, retweet us. It’s that simple.

Blindly worshipping those who have a lot of power over you because you’re scared and you need them doesn’t make them nicer to you. It just makes them less accountable. Worshipping doctors during a pandemic, soldiers during a war, or politicians during an emergency is dangerous.
