The Lord has more to give for those who feel and express gratitude for what they have already received. Let us be grateful and express that gratitude to Him constantly.

In this season of thanksgiving, I have reflected on an editorial that appears each year in the Wall Street Journal around the Thanksgiving holiday in the United States. Titled “The Desolate Wilderness,” this piece not only recounts the Pilgrims’ journey to America in 1620 and

I marvel at the gingerbread houses that Kathy creates to raise funds to cover medical expenses for children in need. Christmas and Christmas traditions are about giving to others. May we remember that the greatest gift ever given was the life and Atonement of the Savior, Jesus

We all owe a debt of gratitude to those who have gone before us. Let us thank God for them and humbly add our part to what they accomplished. Let us work as hard as they did to build Zion.

This newly constructed facility in Lagos, Nigeria—now the fourth Global Education Center commissioned by BYU-Pathway Worldwide—is a wonderful example of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints’ continual investment in making higher education more available for people all

There’s not just one course, path, or field of endeavor that fits everybody or is appropriate for a hundred percent of people. There are choices and options: Some people go into professions, others go into the military, some might go into the arts, and others may pursue

The offering the Lord ultimately desires from us is not something we merely possess; rather, it is ourselves—what we are and what we are becoming through repentance and obedience to Him and by His grace.

Lifelong learning needs to involve lifelong spiritual learning, not only intellectual or training in a trade. It’s lifelong learning of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

The Resurrection of Jesus Christ is the proof that He, in fact, possesses power to redeem all who will come unto Him—redeem them from sorrow, injustice, regret, sin, and even death. Consider for a moment the significance of the Resurrection in resolving once and for all the true

True worship means loving God, feeling gratitude to Him, and yielding our will to Him—the most precious gift we can offer. We could say worshipping Him is to always remember Him, to make time for Him, and to “offer [our] whole souls as an offering unto him” (Omni 1:26).

The family is God’s creation, not a human invention. Our loving Father in Heaven sends His children to earth in families because this is an essential part of His plan for our growth, improvement, and happiness. It is strong families that make strong societies—today on

One of the questions I get asked quite often is, “How have you learned to balance spiritual things and the demands of daily life?” Jesus Christ gave the perfect answer: “Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness” (Matthew 6:33).
