The Port's Director of Industrial Development, Chris Meyer, recently gave a lecture to Cincinnati Bar Assoc about The Port's work in environmental justice and remediation as a continued learning opportunity for local attorneys. Thanks for having us!

Our Staff had an engaging day attending ULI Cincinnati's Emerging Trends event. We enjoyed learning about several regional development projects on track for 2024 and appreciated the opportunity for our President and CEO, Laura Brunner, to share what The Port has in store!

The Port introduced our residential strategy on our last Adopt A Class visit, and our students loved seeing examples of our work in housing. We rounded out our lesson by having them design some holiday homes. They are masters of detail. We adore how each turned out!

Our Executive Vice President, Philip Denning, recently attended the Ohio Land Banks's Network Meeting. Hearing from Ohio Development about the many programs they are administering to support Ohio's land banks and spur economic development was great!

Working with Village of Lincoln Heights on demolishing its former high school to unlock the site for future development was a highlight of 2023. Did you miss this story? Learn more about the project through our December bi-monthly update: loom.ly/XO-WjSY

#ICYMI developers interested in letters of support for their LIHTC applications have a few days to request them from the City of Cincinnati. The process is outlined below. We applaud all those seeking to bring more affordable units to our region! loom.ly/Sq6PriU
