The story: in 2023, we invited decision-makers to Whitehawk to propose a £1 short-hop bus fare so people could access the foodbank. Many were turning down tins at the foodbank as they couldn't carry them home and the bus was too expensive. Thanks to Cllr Trevor Muten for engaging.

We mourn the death of Pope Francis. Inspired by our brothers and sisters West/Southwest IAF who met with him three times, we too were looking forward to meeting with him in June, as he’d expressed an interest in finding out more about our work. May he rest in peace & rise in eternal glory.

We felt compelled to hand-deliver a letter to Bridget Phillipson this morning as we are seeking clarity on The Labour Party’s pledge to reduce pressures on CAMHS. We also went to share some of the good work happening in our city thanks to our collaboration with Bella Sankey.
