Yesterday, the Fire Department proudly broke ground on its first-ever dedicated Training Center — a $46 million investment in safety, innovation and community resilience. Stakeholders and community members enthusiastically gathered to celebrate this transformational milestone.

A utility pole accident at Fuller & Innes this morning has caused a power outage affecting streetlights and traffic signals along: Fuller Ave – from Bradford to 28th St Eastern Ave – from Wealthy to 28th St. Crews are on scene.

Power has been restored to 95% of the area. The remaining outage will be restored once the new utility pole is set. Traffic signals are still out at Michigan & Diamond and Michigan & Fuller, Eastbound I-196 off-ramp at Fuller and Fuller Park.
