It's Race Equality Week, but not at Anna Cleaning staff are predominantly People of Colour but the university chooses to outsource them, resulting in worse pay and terms & conditions. This institutionally racist practice must end and cleaning staff brought in house.

The results are in and members have spoken, voting overwhelmingly in favour of strike action on the 2024-25 pay offer. Congratulations to our members, sending a clear message to City St George's, University of London that we care about pay and are prepared to act to improve it ✊
