This time last week, our Computer Science students and teachers had the incredible opportunity to visit Bletchley Park the birthplace of modern computing and a site of historical significance. The trip was an inspiring journey through the past - see our FB post for more details!

On Thurs & Fri last week, GSUSLive transformed our RE classroom into a multimedia learning experience. They have been delivering sessions with our Year 7 & 8 students, covering issues such as rejection, fear, reconciliation and forgiveness. Thank you to Sam from CROPs!

The History department took 35 Year 7 students to Warwick Castle as an extended learning opportunity to their current Medieval and Tudor Britain lessons. The students all behaved fantastically and had a really enjoyable day.

Year 11 Historians went to visit the Palace Theatre in Newark to watch and take part in a series of grade boosting workshops. Students were also invited to listen to a booster session. Overall, it was a fantastic day out for both students and staff!

Last week we held Celebration Breakfasts for Years 7-10. Each Year Group breakfast hosted approximately 40 students each that either had less than 5 negative points, over 95% attendance records, or another notable accomplishment. Well-done to each and every one of them! 🥳👏🎉
