This week we used Eureka Math to learn about classifying Polygons & Quadrilaterals. My lesson was internalized and I made room for scholars to have a moment to utilize manipulatives. Scholars presented on their shape of choice by describing the attributes. #MathOnTheHill.

I really enjoyed using Eureka Math to deliver my lesson review on Geometric shapes. I’m giving scholars a chance to come up to the board and explain their thinking behind the solutions they give. #MathOnTheHill

Friday I was able to work with 3rd graders after school at HighPointe_CHISD and help out with their afterschool extended day. Scholars worked diligently to solve word problems using manipulatives and real world tools. We worked on TEK 3.4A.
