BIGSdb version 1.41.3 released. This introduces a new plugin wrapper for #Kleborate (Theycallmemaggie, Ryan Wick, Kelly Wyres, @DrKatHolt), allowing these analyses to be run against Klebsiella assemblies stored within a BIGSdb database. Release notes at github.com/kjolley/BIGSdb….
