Serious question though. How have I survived 40 years of life without a heated gilet?

Camping stress levels are now so high that last night I woke up at 4am having a nightmare that there were 7 kids in my tent smoking cigars, drinking whisky, and playing poker. Basically this. But with children instead of dogs!
