The Northumbria Uni Covid-19 sequencing team stood down on the 31st March and handed back to UKHSA. Over the last 23 months as part of COVID-19 Genomics UK (COG-UK) Consortium and UKHSA resilience we have submitted >100K SARS-CoV-2 genomes to help support national surveillance. Well done all involved!
