.MacroFactor is the best food tracking app/diet coach I’ve tried. Much better than Carbon and MyFitnessPal. I initially found it mediocre, but it has significantly improved. I hope they continue to develop and refine it.

David Sacks David Sacks is a throwback to the era of American greatness in which the most capable private sector citizens selflessly volunteered for government service in moments of peril for a dollar a day. He is a credit to our nation, and we need more like him, not fewer. 🇺🇸

I used to respect the NY Times. I’m still a subscriber. The Daily Show is a good podcast. But they’re just flat out wrong about David Sacks.

The NYT is a political propaganda machine, selling anger to unhealthy people, more than anything approaching real journalism at this point. Which is a shame, because real journalism can actually be quite valuable. Luckily, I don't know anyone who takes them seriously at this

Prediction markets like Polymarket aren’t just bets; they’re elegant mechanisms to monetize leaks from political insiders, democratizing confidential intel that journalists chase in vain. Why dig for scoops when you can pay leakers directly?
