PLAYERS: Your coach shouldn't have to beg you to be unselfish, provide energy, have a good attitude, or give your best effort. Those are all things you can control. That is what a winning teammate brings to a team. Great teams have great teammates.

Winning cultures don’t have athletes pointing fingers, blaming others, or making excuses. Winning cultures don't have coaches doing these things either. Winning cultures have people coming together to find solutions, share results, and take responsibility for the process.

In recruiting be prepared for questions: 1. Have questions ready to ask coaches. 2. Be ready to answer questions honestly and sincerely If it’s important to you. Take time to plan it out #Recruiting

Heading into his Senior season Noah Peterson has the ability to dominate in the trenches. College recruiters need to get on this O-lineman ASAP!!! #BuildingWinners

If you're going into your Senior year, be very INTENTIONAL with what camps you choose to attend this summer! Make sure college coaches are at camps to eval you, connect with them, let them know you'll be there. Use your High School coach as well, they are a GREAT resource.

With the transfer/portal rules, recruiting has become even more competitive. Unfortunately, HS and Junior College recruits can easily get overlooked. Having grades, crafting your game and being able to promote yourself is becoming more important to stay ahead in the process.

Recruits here is a big tip for college camps: Email & DM every coach you think will be attending a few days before the camp Let them know you'll be attending and that you're excited to work with them You now have a head-start on building a relationship

Yesterday a D1 coach stopped by and asked about a player who transferred out and said, “I know how you run your program, if they can’t play for you, they can’t play for us.” So proud of what our staff & players have built…More than football !

Why are HS athletes going to 8-9+ D1 camps when you don’t have ANY D1 offers? Most D1s are about done recruiting 2026s, you’re wasting money. Go to 2-3 D1 camps that you know a ton of coaches will be at. Then focus on any scholarships you have or schools you wanna go
