And so say all of us; I agree entirely with Conor O'Mahony. This is a must-read Child Law Project report which identifies serious, systemic failures in the care system - despite many examples of good practice. It shows change is needed, urgently, for our most vulnerable children.

If you are a ‘special voter’ and need a postal vote due to illness or disability that might impede you from voting in person, it’s form PV2 (checktheregister.ie/en-IE/forms) but the same timings apply - has to be with the council by Sunday, so in practical terms, by the end of Friday
