Year 2 have started their ‘Right Start Stage 3’ pedestrian training. We now know that it is really important to find the safest place to cross a road. We hope to use this skill with our families when we are out and about.

We have been celebrating the growth of our sunflowers and here are some of the tallest in school. Well done for trying (I know some did not grow!) and I hope you enjoyed taking part in our competition.

Meet Max. Adopted for school by Mrs Owens who retires at the end of this term. She wanted to give a meaningful gift to our school family. Dogs Trust 💛🐶 And an update in the plant pots we decorated and gave to Mr Owens for his retirement at Easter. Looking great!

Year 6 have enjoyed a very busy final Welly Wednesday. We have completed activities based on greenhouse gases, created adverts to advertise the upcoming Women's Euros and played football rounders. We have had a great day!!

EYFS had an amazing trip to Outdoor Elements, we built dens, took part in stream dipping and went on a predator hunt!!

My Thursday afternoons are the best time of the week when I teach RE to Y6. Absolute bliss! An emotional one today as it is the last one. EYFS had another Thrilling Thursday filled with fun; searching for phase 3 words, making repeated patterns in nature and making story sticks and telling our own stories!

Year 4 had a fabulous time on their picnic walk playing and exploring the local area.
