Laid flowers on my mum’s grave today.I still miss her more than words can say. Thinking of everyone feeling that same ache this Mother’s Day. Be gentle with yourselves. My mum may no longer walk beside me, but she walks within me, always.

Today, on Father’s Day, I remember my perfect Irish Dad — a man whose love, kindness, and strength shaped my life. Though he now rests in heaven, his presence is still felt in every memory, in every blessing, and in every quiet moment when I miss him most.

The Lionesses have shown what happens when courage, determination and teamwork come together with heart. They’ve not only brought home a victory — also hope, pride, and inspiration to a new generation. They’ve reminded us that the future of football is fearless and female👏
