🚨NEW: As a result of our attendance push, children were in school for 5 million more days last year – the biggest improvement in a decade. Under the Tories, a generation went missing from England’s schools. Labour’s Plan for Change is bringing them back to the classroom.

The Free Speech Union Oh dear, Toby. You've made a right mess here. There's no ban on swearing in Thanet, this PSPO provision was first introduced here by a Conservative council in 2018, and it's similar to ones in Canterbury, Dartford, Hastings and Greenwich. But you have a lovely time on the beach!

Hey, Toby Young, here’s Greenwich’s PSPO. Why aren’t you challenging them instead of trying to bully Thanet District Council? Maybe you worry they can afford to fight you in court. Bullies always pick on the easiest target, eh? The T-Shirt is Derek Hales btw!

Today’s economic figures are positive with a strong start to the year and continued growth in the second quarter. But I know there is more to do to deliver an economy that works for working people - and rewards working people.

Today we remember VJ Day, Victory over Japan Day, marking the end of World War II in 1945. We pay tribute to those who served at home, those who served abroad and the many that never came home. Lest we forget. #VJDay #WWII #LestWeForget #remembrance

There's a difference between tackling the genuine issue of a broken asylum system, and the demonising of all immigrants. So let's not forget what I told Karan and Jane this morning on LBC: here in Islington, in London, and across the UK, it's our diversity that makes us great.

.Zia Yusuf are you ok? You’re wandering around like a daytime TV presenter chasing a non-story, instead of focusing on your “job” - Reform's head of government efficiency…apparently.  This tiny GLA contract (circa 0.1% of our turnover) was won through a rigorous competitive

Why on earth do the Tories want to keep people locked into high energy bills? And make us all more vulnerable to climate breakdown in the process? Complete madness - except for the fossil fuel industry of course bbc.com/news/articles/…

Please watch this take down of Farage. That so much of our press and social media rally behind a man who betrays his country abroad about bogus threats to free speech is the real threat to our freedoms.

Angela Rayner was smeared and dragged through the mud, yet Nigel Farage openly avoids tax on his GB News cash through a company and no one will bat an eyelid. So will there be calls for him to resign? Or do we just pick on women?? I mean - Tax evasions scams are the true mark of

Reform should not be endorsing conspiracy theories like this. Nigel Farage needs to urgently clarify why he gave this man a platform at his party conference to spout this dangerous nonsense - or does he agree with it?

So today ReformUK platformed an antivaccine conspiracy theorist, a lady who pled guilty to inciting people to burn down a migrant hotel, had an elected mayor butcher the national anthem, and whose leader wants sanctions imposed on his own country. Indeed, the party of patriotism.

Nigel Farage repeatedly misled the public by claiming he bought a house in his constituency. Today he admitted it wasn’t true. Given he's had a lot to say on tax this week, it's time he put the full facts on the table over this housing arrangement. It reeks of double

Reform giving a platform to anti-vax crankery. This stuff costs lives. Evidence - if you are one of the people who still needs it - of why they shouldn't be let anywhere near government
