Asthma + Lung UK Scotland Scottish Government World Health Organization (WHO) Scottish Parliament PM2.5 is already sitting on the revised WHO Guideline Value and urban concentrations are some of the lowest in the WORLD! My Edinburgh Evening News article from Friday discussing one of the most egregious examples of how The City of Edinburgh Council fails to maintain our public realm. Full size picture too.

My Edinburgh Evening News column today. Edinburgh Conservatives delivering on our manifesto pledge to Clean up our Capital.

My column in Edinburgh Evening News today highlights yet more asks for spending the still to be collected tourist tax. Don’t expect any proceeds to be fixing your local roads and pavements any time soon. More tax. More waste. Poorer economy.

Very sad to hear Sir Tom Farmer has passed away. An honour to have worked under his chairmanship of Scotland Against Drugs, to have hosted him at an Edinburgh Riding of the Marches dinner to toast our city, and to have shared his joy at Hibernian Football Club 2016 Cup win. RIP Sir Tom.

My weekly Edinburgh Evening News paper on the folly of The City of Edinburgh Council headlong rush for Net Zero without thought of cost to you or practicality.

Iain Whyte Edinburgh Evening News The City of Edinburgh Council They need to get on with managing the city. Fix the potholes and poor road surfaces that are so bad, they're DANGEROUS. Unblock the road drains and remove the weeds in the gutter. Forget the career enhancing vanity projects and stop telling us how we should live.

The notorious Sheriffhall roundabout remains neglected by SNP Ministers after more than fifteen years and millions of pounds on planning. It’s time to prioritise this key piece of local and national infrastructure. If you agree, join my campaign ! edinburghconservatives.org.uk/campaigns/its-…
