Thanks to Clement from Leica Microsystems that introduce to us the Leica stelaris falcon to try out Arabidopsis root tip with autophagy and lipid sensors but also TEM grids for Correlative microscopy @LBM_Bordeaux @amandinepiv #mifobio2023

Very busy day indeed for the team ! Clément Chambaud & Amandine Leroy also presented their workshop "In resin fluorescence CLEM for plant tissues" 🤩

I’m grateful to European Research Council (ERC) for funding my Consolidator Grant application GRAFT-ABLE investigating the formation of hybrid cells at the graft function. Looking forward to five years of #plantgrafting research and working with our collaborators!

Being part of the Bordeaux node of France-BioImaging Research Infrastructure , we've organised a workshop about #CLEM at the beginning of February. The In Resin Fluorescence and Array Tomography approaches were covered. We discussed our biological methodological issues and tips and tricks to overcome them.

Out now in Nature Cell Biology. We report that the plant endocytic complex, the TSET–TPLATE complex, undergoes biomolecular condensation through interactions with plasma membrane phospholipids and recruits clathrin during endocytosis. rdcu.be/dyqAO

The VIRO team is seeking an enthusiastic Master 2’s student to join our #MSCA funded project on lipid droplets in virus infections. Gain experience with molecular biology, confocal microscopy, and 3D protein modeling. Interested? Contact Sara Shakir ([email protected]).

Our latest work as a cover story in Science Magazine ! 🌱 How do plants halt cytokinesis to build plasmodesmata ? Main suspect: the ER . 👀 Stellar work by Patrick ZQ. LI 李自强, with Hortense Moreau, Jules Petit, Fèlix Campelo, @Caillaud_MC, and BIC science.org/doi/10.1126/sc…
