Shout out to Carolina, Ximena, Brooke, Chloe and Mika for being our Mustangs of the Week for volleyball this week! These players gave their full effort, had a great attitude and showed up to every single plyo/WR/volleyball workout all 4 days this week! Proud of these ladies!!

37!! That’s how many volleyball athletes made it to every single strength, conditioning and volleyball skills workout this week (7-10am). So thankful we have so many passionate/dedicated athletes. Great first week of workouts for us, we averaged 61 daily for volleyball alone!
