Wrapped up career-oriented lessons in BBS601 today—a series of 6 lessons that guide all post-QE #PhD and MD/PhD students through creating an #IDP. Students shared their IDPs in small groups, facilitated by senior students. Great discussion and tips for wellness, mentorship, etc!

So, I want to talk a bit about our recent article on gender equity in science. Some people have commented that the focus should just be on science in rewarding excellence.
