In observance of Independence Day, our non-emergency workers will be away from their duties on Friday, July 4th. We will resume our regular garbage pickup schedule on Monday, July 7th.

This Saturday (7/5) is the 1st Saturday of the month and that means that our #recycling drop off center will be open from 9am-1pm at 506 Dr Douglas L. Conner Dr. Conveniently labeled bins for easy drop and go recycling. Accepting paper, cardboard & cans. Be mindful of our signs!

The City of Starkville Sanitation Department will be closed on Friday, July 4, 2025, in observance of Independence Day. Garbage collection will resume regular schedule, Monday, July 7, 2025 (Monday's garbage only).
