College players- each new semester is a chance to reinvent yourself and do things differently. Habits, routines, nutrition, mindset, workouts, school work. Prioritize yourself if you want a different role on the team next fall. Nothing changes if #nothingchanges

If screen time made you stronger, all these people I see in the gym would be in amazing shape. Instead they’re buried in their phone, likely wondering why they’re not hitting their goals. Be present, at least for yourself if nothing else. You deserve better 🫵
