Crowley ISD's unreal future Indoor | Outdoor Track and Field Complex is designed to support CISD students’ development and is home to a rare hydraulic track (just 17 others in the United States). #VLK #CrowleyISD

If you're going into your Senior year, be very INTENTIONAL with what camps you choose to attend this summer! Make sure college coaches are at camps to eval you, connect with them, let them know you'll be there. Use your High School coach as well, they are a GREAT resource.

Good observation. Among the Top 50, and the Top 10 for sure, the brisket is all spectacular. Because of that, it’s not the thing that separates one joint from another. A great slice of brisket has become the prerequisite instead of something distinctive.

Class of 2026β€”it’s time! Summer SAT dates are open! Register for July or August, review your scores, make a study plan, and retest while there’s still time. You’ll get your scores back before apps open, so you can decide if they’ll strengthen your college application! #ccmr #plan

#Leadership101 β€œUse personal examples to educate, encourage, inspire and motivate others. Transparency from those in leadership positions helps others to gain confidence and deal with their own issues. People relate to you better when they know you can relate to them.” #Ap2w

Thank you to my wonderful camp staff for all your excellent work. We had some fun together and the campers are better players and young men because of you! Special thank you to my lovely wife Elizabeth for another year of being our camp director. Couldn’t do it without you!

I think the reason I don’t love talking about the Weight Room stuff as much as the Field Work is because getting strong is incredibly easy. Train hard and consistently for weeks at a time, turn your old 3s into 5s, push the accessory exercises, and eat enough to do it again πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ
