Call me crazy… But if you think steak prices are high look for a THIN chuck roast and cook it like a thick steak 🥩. This big boy was $5.99 a pound and is fantastic. Not sure why more people don’t do this.

Here are my thoughts on “hand straps” or “lifting straps” which is low hanging fruit to help with “pulling” exercises. Something I’ve used for years and love…. My wife even used them to do pull ups this evening.
