This week was testing week for our track athletes and through 3 weeks of training we saw several lifetime bests in lifts!!! I love seeing our athletes reactions as they realize they are capable of more than they thought!!!

So excited for the future of our programs & blessed to be able to call this my job. Rebuilding a special program here at Tabor.

Hosted 10 senior girls on campus today & wow, what a great group!!! Excited to see how each of their seasons go!!

When myself or our Head XC Coach say Tabor College XC/TF is a close-knit program we mean it. Want to know a part of the reason why? Coach Wood & I were training partners in college on the same team for 3 years. We are a family, we are Bluejay Nation!!

As we look towards 2025, what is your word, motto or goals? Mine is “Fun”. I want to focus on spending time with God and it being truly fun and I want to make sure as I coach and spend time with family I have fun with it!!

In the past 5 years I’ve gotten to live my dream of college coaching with the best athletes and staff. Thanks to everyone who was a part of the journey! With that being said, I am stepping away from coaching for now to focus on family in this stage of life😎
