Play catch with purpose. Every game of catch is an opportunity to improve. There’s no reason to play a lazy game of catch with nonchalant intent and mechanics. If you want better efficiency, velocity and consistency, take catch seriously.

Our pitchers were working on three drills this afternoon: 1. towel drill to work taking their chest to their glove while keeping their head still. 2. PVC pipe drill to work on hip and shoulder separation. 3. Cup drill to work on loading their scap.
