Amazing morning running our third annual Prospect Day! We had participants from 5 different states represented! Players went through a Bison style fast paced 2.5 hour practice followed by Q and A with our current squad. Another great day on the Hill with our favorite team!

Your offense is defined by your TRANSITION philosophy, not by your HALF COURT strategy. When mapping your offensive structure for your team, break it down into this FLOW: Primary > Secondary> Half Court > EOC Most coaches spend the majority of their tactical work on half

I’d say 8 out of every 10 times a prospect has told me they’re not interested in D3- said prospect ends up playing D3. Not sure why kids are being instructed to rule out a level that is often their best fit.

Will be in Albany NY this weekend looking for players that want to help our team continue to ascend. We play a unique, fast, up tempo, aggressive style that has helped our program tremendously these last four years. DM us if you want us to catch a game! #ControlledChaos

If there’s any time to check your phone during an offensive possession - that’s a bad offensive possession. #0.5 #northsouth

People really be out here trying to reinvent the wheel. “Alright do 2 minutes of hop skotch then the Macarena for 5 seconds - do the Hokey Pokey turn yourself around then shoot - that’s how Steph practices!”
