The National Football Foundation has lowered the eligibility criteria for coaches to be considered for induction into the College Football Hall of Fame beginning in 2027. The adjustment will open a door to make Mike Leach a College Football Hall of Famer. More:

Sad to see coaches who genuinely love the sport and the kids they coach make tough decisions because of the adults involved. Schools are losing a lot of good quality coaches because they’re focused on the wrong thing.

PLAYERS: A bad coach doesn't make you have a bad attitude. A good coach doesn't make you have a good attitude. Only you can choose your attitude. Circumstances may make things harder or easier but not impossible or automatic. Your attitude shouldn't be situational.
