Recruits: Unless you are a top end talent or have top end measureables, FBS schools are going to make you prove how good you are at the FCS/D2/D3/NAIA/JUCO levels before they will come get you. Because of this, FBS talent is getting pushed FCS, FCS getting pushed D2 and so on.
