My QB’s when I tell you to “relax” I literally mean “relax to release tension”. Notice anywhere in your body you may be holding onto any tension. Unclench your jaw. Allow your shoulders to rest down and away from the ears. Realize. Release. Rip it. Spin it Baby!🎯

Every QB has different deficiencies. They all need to be trained very differently from one another in order to bring out the very best in them!

First one outside! No wasted movement. Be patient, be sudden and be quick, but not in a hurry. Running routes is a feel not a drill! It’s gonna be a good summer to get right👊🏾

I want to thank Syracuse Football for again a great camp. Truly blessed to be able to learn from Nunzio Campanile and Manny Harris I hope I can touch base and get to work with you guys in the future! Special thanks to all the other great coaches I got to talk ball with! Emmanuel Marc

When working with top level dudes, you job is simple man… Just don’t screw anything up! These cats are here to get better, not broken👊🏾

There’s a difference between being a “Passer” and being a “Thrower”. There’s also a difference between being able to impressively throw a football and being able to impressively play the Quarterback position, and this young man is starting to “GET IT”! 🎥: @brwn_artphotography

If you want to great, you need to continually be a guy on the rise. THAT is a reasonable expectation as opposed to just showing up and putting in time. The things that made you viable in the past, will not be the things that make you viable in the future. Go be great!💯

You wanna generate power, violently turn into your throw! AGGRESSIVELY Turn with your hips and stay behind the ball. Don't push! Stay back and generate your power through the rotation of your hips and your core. Nico Brown 2026 QB🇨🇦
